a little bit of everything today:
It’s dandruff season. Not fun. Itchy. Flaky. Meh. This shampoo is the shit. It’s basically a stronger head & shoulders.
It’s “technically” color & keratin safe which i somewhat agree with. If you JUST got your color or keratin done I would stay away. If you have hair color that fades VERY quickly -reds, semi permanent color etc stay away until your next hair color appt or! use a color depositing conditioner after :)
If you have a very itchy scalp this anti itch relief liquid is also good. To be used here and there.
If you want something less medical grade and more natural- great many scalp reset. (fave)
If it’s not a major issue opt for head & shoulders every once in a while. Just make sure you’re conditioning your hair enough after as anti-fungal ingredients can be a little stripping.
*these products are to be kept in rotation with regular shampoo unless told otherwise by a derm :)
Product thoughts:
Sofie pavitt rich cream- I’m impressed. She’s THICK. But not greasy. It feels like it might be greasy when you first put it on but settles nicely. Safe for acne prone skin. Love. Great add into the rotation especially this time of year.
Hanni in shower moisturizer-
First impression- a little thick n greasy for my liking but then second time around i realized i was using too much. Since then I’ve had a pleasant experience. I don’t know if it will replace my lotion bc I’m a sucker for scented products but very clever and good to have when feeling lazy. Lovely for winter months. Do you need? if you never put on lotion post shower YES. Is it replacing other lotions? No. Will i keep in my rotation? Def.
Activewear:
Aritzia- they’re doing it well. I wish it wasn’t so branded but I’ll survive.
Got 2 rompers both by Golden (I’m amazed/confused by the million different lines they offer of the exact same product)
This golden butter romper in black - very soft. Lower back. Cute. I was ballsy and tried no bra. Wasn’t my brightest idea. For reference I have big boobs. D-DD (one day I will learn my actual size). IF! You have smaller boobs. Go for it. I now wear this with a sports bra underneath & it’s super comfortable. A lot of the colors are on sale rn.
This golden life divinity romper in grey- this material is way more supportive than the butter. I can wear with no bra for very low impact movement. Any jumping or running I’m wearing a sports bra underneath. I prefer this one out of the two. Feels more supportive and has a better design on the torso to snatch you up. Also on sale rn.
p.s. still veryyyy into my aritzia sweats. I wear these far too often & ppl always ask where they’re from which makes me feel better that they literally say aritzia on the leg :)
Live the process- loveeee. chic & doesn’t feel too athleisure-y.
Obsessed with these flare capris (they fit me more like high waters bc i’m short) thick fabric without feeling like you’re suffocating. I may or may not be planning on wearing these with kitten heels in the spring.
Actual capri leggings. Same fabric. Love.
Got this leotard to wear with said capris but unfortunately it’s not made for girls with big boobs. If you have smaller gals, I say go for it! Unfortunately had to return but so cute.
While we’re here- I don’t have these pieces but if i could- I’d get these VERY cozy looking pants. This really cute cardigan and other very cute cardigan.
monopoly $$$ picks :)
want attico bag in medium- gorg bag and love the interesting shape. prefer this to very boring Margaux-esque bags. Sue me.
Small attico bag in khaki- again love the shape & a fun colored bag. reminds me of a more interesting version of le teckel bag. Again sue me. (love/hate relationship with that bag)
chanel shield glasses- every color but if I HAD to pick- gold and pink :)
want tom ford glasses- on sale.
phoebe glasses- i mean….. c’monnnn
*if it isn’t already obvious shield glasses have a chokehold on me rn
these nikes- might step back into my sneaker head phase. WATCH OUT.
more nikes- tan version sooo cute. switch up from my usual black ones.
balenciaga bag rodeo bag in TAN COWBOY- keep seeing in black which love but something about this buttttery color is calling my name & picturing it really worn in. UGH. YUM.
someone tell me i don’t need these prada chanclas- my mom said they look like a plantain cut open & unfortunately she’s right but….. idk.

got this herb cleaner thing. I get a lot of salad greens in my farm to people box (love) & i’m hoping this will encourage me to make salads more often. also finally got a salad spinner.
My friend and i (hi Ashley) think baby blue will have a real moment this spring.
